Login and Sync the Mobile App Video

When logging into the InspectNTrack mobile app for the first time, or after an update, you will be asked if you have an account. Select "I have an account"

Enter your site name, user ID, and password. The server address will default to "sync.inspectntrack.com". Do not change this. Click "Login" after entering the credentials.

After entering correct credentials and clicking login, the app will navigate to the sync screen. On this screen you must click the sync icon to download assignments to the device.

The device will take up to two minutes to sync and download checkpoints and assignments. After the sync is complete, click the begin inspection icon to begin working. If the begin inspection icon is not displayed on your device this means that the device has not yet synced. Sync the device and then the icon will appear.
